John Werner is an award-winning writer/director/producer who has enjoyed success in both fiction and nonfiction genres, writing four feature films that have been produced including the sequel to Stan Winston’s gothic masterpiece, PUMPKINHEAD. John has developed, edited, and produced series, specials, and promotions for HBO, CNBC, NBC, SyFy, TVLand, USA, NICK, Sprout, and UniKids. He created the critically-acclaimed SyFy series EXPOSURE where he worked with filmmakers Tim Burton, George Lucas, Kevin Smith and more. John is our Chief Storyworker, heading all of HATM Creative's operations and productions.


Christian Schlicht

Christian is an Emmy Award winning cinematographer, camera operator, and gear-head. On set with HATM Creative, he works with directors and the lighting crew to compose and shape the final image. Behind the scenes, he is our in-house travel agent and coffee guru. Since a young age, Christian has always had a strong passion for the moving image and completed his BA in New Media at SUNY Purchase College. From first concept to rendering the final product, every stitch of detail drives his imagination wild. He takes pride in loving what he does and having fun while doing it.


Howard Ellis

Producer and Lead Editor

Howard Ellis is an editor/producer with extensive experience in all aspects of video production.

He has been a senior editor for more than 25 years for USA Networks, NBCUniversal, Discovery Networks and various production facilities. Howard has also been a vice president of post-production, an adjunct professor for a wide variety of media courses, a graphics compositor, a writer for hundreds of projects and a director of stop-motion animations. Howard brings a passion for creativity and considerable video skill set (AKA tech-nerd) to all HATM Creative productions.


Liam Werner

Music and Sound Designer

Liam is an audio engineer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist who oversees all things audio at HATM Creative. He is the sound recordist on set and during post-production he creates original music, sound design, and mixes all HATM Creative videos. In addition to his work with HATM, Liam creates music and sounds for video games, television, and film. He graduated from NYU with a MM in Music Technology and holds a BM in Jazz Trumpet Performance from Temple University.


Nick Proscia

Photography and Lighting Designer

Nicholas is a commercial photographer with experience in the ecommerce industry and works alongside high profile corporations. With HATM Creative, Nicholas develops marketing materials for various corporate/industrial clients. His roots are in TV and Film where he worked on major productions including the Netflix series Orange is the New Black. He has created original artwork for the New Yorker Magazine and Elle Decor and recently headed a production team creating the nomenclature and file structure used to manage over a hundred thousand images.


Tommy Donohue

Associate Producer and Editor

Tommy is a producer and film editor who works under financing, assistant directing, and production roles. He has experience in short features and television series pitching and funding projects, scheduling and organizing shoots, marketing completed projects and in global distribution strategies. Tommy has helped manage and edit videos for companies in the industrial, distribution, finance, and pharmaceutical industries through HATM Creative. He applies his energy and musical experience as a former dancer and screen actor to lend a unique perspective throughout the production process. Tommy currently studies film and finance at Sarah Lawrence College.


Molly Kissane

Visual Designer

At HATM Creative, Molly works as a graphic designer creating pitch decks and storyboards for upcoming projects during the pre-production stage. She also works as a liaison between clients and our team to progress company efficiency. Molly is an undergraduate at St Andrews University in Scotland where she studies art history, social anthropology, and film. In her role at the company, she applies her strong passion for visual arts and color theory to effectively and creatively communicate clients’ visions.
